Organic Facebook numbers in the client report

Facebook organic metrics go into reports via manual-entry widgets — page followers, reach and engagement from Meta Business Suite — while paid campaigns pull live through the separate Meta Ads connection.

What you can report on

Page followers
Audience size at report time — tracked month to month so growth is visible, not just the current count.
Reach & impressions
Accounts reached and total impressions from Meta Business Suite — the organic visibility baseline.
Engagement
Reactions, comments and shares across posts — whether the content is landing or just scrolling past.

Organic metrics: manual entry

There is no native organic Facebook pull in ReportingBee reports today. Read the client's figures from Meta Business Suite and enter them into manual metric widgets — the same widgets used for any source without a live connector, styled identically to the connected ones.

Organic and paid stay separate

Meta Ads campaigns pull live through their own connection. Keep paid campaign widgets under a Meta Ads heading and manually-entered organic metrics in their own section so the report never credits organic content with paid reach — or the reverse.

The two-minute monthly job

Once the report template exists, entering this month's organic figures is a copy-and-type task — the layout, order and commentary slots carry over, so the recurring effort is the numbers, not the rebuild.

How it works

  1. 01

    Open Meta Business Suite

Pull the client's follower count, reach and engagement for the period from the page's Insights.

  2. 02

    Enter into manual widgets

Type the figures into the report's manual metric widgets — same look as the connected widgets around them.

  3. 03

    Keep paid separate

Leave Meta Ads campaign widgets in their own section so organic and paid performance never blur.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a live Facebook organic pull?

Not today — organic page metrics are entered manually. Paid Facebook and Instagram campaigns do pull live via the Meta Ads integration.

Can I report boosted posts?

Boosted posts spend through Meta Ads — those figures come from the paid connection, not the manual organic section.

How much does ReportingBee cost?
