Meta Ads reporting across Facebook and Instagram

Sign in with Meta, pick each client's ad account, and report paid campaign spend and results for Facebook and Instagram placements in one branded report.

From £9.99/month · Agency £49/month

What you can report on

Spend
What the ad account paid out over the period — reconcilable against the client's invoice expectations.
Results
The outcome each campaign optimised toward — leads, purchases, link clicks — pulled from the account's own reporting.
Cost per result
Spend divided by results, the clearest read on whether paid social is getting more or less efficient.

One Meta connection, paid placements only

The Meta integration connects through Meta OAuth and reports ad-account data: campaigns, spend and results across Facebook and Instagram placements. It covers paid activity — organic page and profile performance is a different workflow (Instagram organic metrics are entered manually today).

Paid and organic, clearly separated

Clients routinely conflate boosted posts, ad campaigns and organic reach. ReportingBee lets you keep paid widgets under a Meta Ads heading and manually-entered organic metrics in their own section, so the report never blends a paid result into an organic win — or vice versa.

Reading Meta results in context

Meta's conversion reporting uses its own attribution windows and modelling, which is why Meta-reported purchases rarely equal analytics or store totals exactly. Label figures by source in the report and treat cost per result as the comparable efficiency metric across months rather than chasing exact cross-platform parity.

How it works

  1. 01

    Sign in with Meta

Start Meta OAuth from the client's Integrations tab and grant ReportingBee access to ads reporting.

  2. 02

    Choose the ad account

Select the client's ad account from those your Meta login can access.

  3. 03

    Build the paid social section

Add spend, results and cost-per-result widgets plus a campaign table, keeping organic metrics in their own section.

Frequently asked questions

Does this cover organic Instagram too?

No. The Meta connection reports ad-account data only. Organic Instagram profile metrics are added to reports manually today — there is no native organic pull yet.

Why do Meta's purchase numbers differ from Shopify?

Different attribution windows and models. Show each source labelled, and use cost per result as the month-on-month efficiency comparison.

How much does ReportingBee cost?

Starter is £9.99/month for your first client and £3.99/month for each extra client, capped at ten client slots (£45.90/month). The Agency plan is £49/month flat with unlimited clients.
