What you can report on

Revenue
Store revenue for the report period — the headline commerce figure every marketing report should end on.
Orders & items sold
Order count and units moved — separates 'more orders' from 'bigger baskets' when explaining a revenue change.
Average order value
Revenue divided by orders — the metric that shows whether promotions and merchandising are raising basket size.

Token connection per store

Shopify connects with the store's myshopify.com domain and an Admin API access token. ReportingBee validates both against the store before saving, so connection problems surface at setup — not mid-report.

Commerce numbers beside the channels that drove them

A revenue total on its own invites 'from where?'. ReportingBee puts Shopify revenue next to GA4 sessions, ad spend and email revenue so the report narrates the whole chain — what was spent, what it brought in, and what the store banked.

Product-level tables

Beyond totals, the Shopify table widget breaks revenue, orders and items out by product — useful for showing which SKUs carried the month and how that lines up with the campaigns that ran.

How it works

  1. 01

    Enter the store domain

Add the client's myshopify.com domain in their Integrations tab under Shopify.

  2. 02

    Paste the access token

Create an Admin API token in the store's app settings and paste it in — ReportingBee validates it on save.
