ReportingBee

Marketing reporting

Marketing reporting software for the whole channel mix

Search, ads, social and email in one report — each channel's figures labelled by source, with commentary that explains the mix instead of summing it.

From £9.99/month · Agency £49/month

What you can report on

Channel sessions
GA4 traffic split by channel — the common baseline that lets organic, paid and social sit in one fair comparison.
Platform conversions
What each ad platform reports it drove — kept labelled by source because Google, Meta and the store itself never quite agree.
Blended cost
Total spend across platforms beside total outcomes — a directional efficiency view, with per-source numbers retained underneath.

One report, many truths — labelled

Each ad platform reports conversions on its own attribution model. ReportingBee presents each channel's numbers under its own heading, so clients see the full picture with its source attached and you narrate the reconciliation.

The cross-channel section clients read first

A top-level marketing summary — traffic by channel, total spend, headline outcomes — gives the executive view before per-channel sections go deep. It answers 'are we growing?' in a page, then lets the detail sections answer 'where and why?'

Built for mixed-source reality

GA4, Google Ads, Meta, Search Console and Ahrefs pull live through connections; sources without live widgets — organic Instagram, LinkedIn, Mailchimp today — go in via manual-entry widgets with the same styling. The report doesn't care which is which; your labelling does.

How it works

  1. 01

    Connect the channels

Link the client's GA4, ad accounts and search properties; plan manual widgets for sources without live coverage.

  2. 02

    Structure by channel

Build sections per channel with a cross-channel summary up top, each figure labelled by source.

  3. 03

    Write the mix

Commentary explains how channels interacted this month — not a summed number, an actual explanation.

Frequently asked questions

Can ReportingBee give one total conversion number?

It can show figures side by side, but adding platform-reported conversions together double-counts — each platform claims overlapping credit. Keep each platform's figures labelled by source rather than summing them into a total that double-counts.

Which channels pull automatically?

GA4, Search Console, Google Ads, Meta Ads and Ahrefs have live widgets today. Organic Instagram, LinkedIn and Mailchimp metrics are entered manually for now.

How much does ReportingBee cost?

Starter is £9.99/month for your first client and £3.99/month for each extra client, capped at ten client slots (£45.90/month). The Agency plan is £49/month flat with unlimited clients.
