Your domain needs your DNS

Custom share domains require verification: add the domain in workspace settings, complete the DNS step it asks for, and links can serve from your subdomain. It's a one-time job per domain, and it works because you control the DNS.

Branding per client where it matters

Workspace branding is yours; some agencies also co-brand reports with the client's logo for key accounts. Either way, the report the client opens is a designed document — not a third-party tool's default skin.

Yes, once the domain is added and DNS verification completes — until then links serve from the default reportingbee.com address.

Does 'ReportingBee' appear anywhere client-facing?

Shared reports have a configurable powered-by setting. Review Branding settings and the resulting shared report before sending; not every authentication or system email surface is covered by report branding.

How much does ReportingBee cost?

Starter is £9.99/month for your first client and £3.99/month for each extra client, capped at ten client slots (£45.90/month). The Agency plan is £49/month flat with unlimited clients.
