ReportingBee

Dashboards

A PPC dashboard for pacing, not panic

Spend pacing and efficiency across Google Ads and Meta on one screen — the between-meetings monitor — a reporting view, not a live bid console.

From £9.99/month · Agency £49/month

What you can report on

Spend pacing
Cost against the period's expected budget — catch over- or under-spend mid-month.
Cost per result
CPA/CPR trends per platform — efficiency movement worth a campaign check.
Results trend
Conversions across the period — the output curve pacing spends against.

The mid-month monitor

Monthly reports find problems at month-end; a pacing dashboard finds them on the 14th. Spend trending over budget, CPA drifting up — the dashboard surfaces the signal while there's still month left to act.

Monitoring, not management

The dashboard reports ad accounts — it doesn't set bids, budgets or bid strategies. Management happens in the ad platforms; the dashboard tells you when to go do it.

Two platforms, one glance

Google and Meta figures side by side, each labelled by source — the account-level pacing view without two Ads Manager tabs. Blended totals stay readable because per-platform figures remain visible.

How it works

  1. 01

    Connect ad platforms

Google and Meta OAuth, right account per client.

  2. 02

    Build the pacing view

Spend trend, CPA, results — the three monitoring curves.

  3. 03

    Act in-platform

Dashboard flags it; you fix it in Ads Manager.

Frequently asked questions

Can I change budgets from the dashboard?

No — it's a reporting surface. Budget and bid changes happen in the ad platforms themselves.

How fresh is the data?

The dashboard uses fetched data rather than a continuous real-time feed. Use Refresh or change the reporting period to request updated figures; provider processing delays still apply.

How much does ReportingBee cost?

Starter is £9.99/month for your first client and £3.99/month for each extra client, capped at ten client slots (£45.90/month). The Agency plan is £49/month flat with unlimited clients.
